APPOINTMENT & BOOKING POLICY
At NAILux Spa & Beauty, we are committed to providing every guest with a relaxing, enjoyable, and exceptional experience. To ensure the best possible service for everyone, we kindly ask that you review our booking policies.
APPOINTMENTS & WALK-INS
We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred date, time, and technician. Walk-ins are always welcome, subject to availability, and may experience a wait.
We kindly encourage guests to arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment to allow for a smooth check-in.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit to secure future appointments.
We appreciate your consideration, as timely cancellations allow us to accommodate other guests.
LATE ARRIVALS
To ensure that every guest receives the attention and care they deserve, we kindly ask that you arrive on time.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or appointment rescheduled, depending on availability.
If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Your health, comfort, and safety are our priorities. We maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene throughout our salon.
If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
NAILux Spa & Beauty reserves the right to decline or discontinue services when necessary to maintain the health and safety of our guests and team members.
PAYMENTS & PRICING
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash and major credit and debit cards.
Service prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any additional services or upgrades will be discussed and confirmed with you before proceeding.
